Team Guidelines
▾Teams must consist of 2–4 members from BIT Mesra, and each participant can join only one team. Cross-department collaboration is encouraged. During registration, your team must select one problem statement, and the designated Team Leader will handle all submissions and formal communications.

Cash Prize
▾Total prize pool is ₹1,00,000 including cash prize and winner goodies. Each problem statement features its own podium, plus one overall Grand Champion. All awards are performance-gated and subject to balanced participation across problem statements, meaning amounts may be revised or withheld if thresholds aren't met.

Round 1 Submission Guidelines
Each team must submit a short 3-page proposal (in PDF, Word, or PPT) outlining your problem understanding, proposed approach, solution architecture, and technology stack. This should provide a high-level glimpse of your solution rather than a completed product.
