Mayank sets the strategic direction for the company. He founded ADROSONIC in 2013 with the core concept of delivering business results driven by technology. Mayank has nearly two decades of global experience in the IT services industry with a strong track record of driving digital transformation, executing business turnarounds, and managing customer relationships.
Most importantly, Mayank is the guardian of ADROSONIC’s unique culture of care. He ensures that all team members demonstrate that we care about people – our teammates, our partners, our clients and clients’ customers. He focuses on hiring and development so that ADROSONIC delivers on its brand promises: Empathy, Expertise, Excellence, Innovation, and Value.
Mayank supports the education of underprivileged children, especially in the rural northern part of India, with a belief that education is the vehicle to help the poor out of poverty. He plans to establish a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) unit to support schools for the underprivileged in order to transform lives through the continuous enhancement of knowledge.
Mayank lives in Mumbai with his wife Sonal and his three-year-old son Taksh and one-year-old son Pushkal. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, travelling and playing tennis.

As Non-Executive Director, Steve provides guidance on the company’s strategic plans as well as industry and technology trends. He ensures that ADROSONIC stays true to its core of caring for people—teammates, partners, customers and customers’ customers.
Steve serves as Group Chief Information Officer for Tysers, a leading provider of global insurance and risk management solutions. In his role, Steve oversees all aspects of IT and digital strategy, business systems enablement, and technology infrastructure across the global operations of Tysers.
Along with his family, Steve supports the local community on a regular basis with the aim of reducing carbon footprint. A sports enthusiast, he enjoys his free time riding bikes and playing video games with his son. Steve currently resides in St. Albans, a beautiful city north of London.

Sameer is responsible for the company’s corporate financial reporting and analysis, treasury, tax, strategic planning and analysis, and corporate development functions.
Sameer believes strongly in equal opportunity for all and supports initiatives that provide education to underprivileged children. He has the goal of reaching at least 100 children. In his free time, Sameer likes to trek in the Himalayas and run half marathons.
He resides in the suburb of Mumbai with his parents, wife and two sons.

Matt is the Chief Marketing Officer of ADROSONIC, where he is responsible for ensuring that customers remain central to everything we do. He has instilled the philosophy of adding value in every touchpoint with customers and prospects. He manages partner relationships with an eye towards maximizing the value ADROSONIC can deliver to customers. As GM – USA, he is leading the expansion of ADROSONIC’s industry-leading services in North America. Matt studied engineering at Cornell University.
Matt lives in the foothills outside Denver, Colorado USA and enjoys hiking, mountain biking and skiing with his family in the Colorado mountains. He is passionate about giving back to the business community and helping others succeed. He has been an advisor to CEOs of over 60 high-growth companies.

Randall is Chief Software Engineering Officer of ADROSONIC, where he is responsible for ensuring that ADROSONIC delivers business value to customers in the short term while also positioning them for reliability and scalability in the long term. With a PhD in Enterprise Systems Architecture and over 20 years of professional experience, Randall brings a unique blend of technology vision and technical expertise to further ADROSONIC’s mission of leveraging technology to deliver exceptional business results to clients.
Randall lives in London, UK, where he enjoys the diverse cultural experiences that the city provides. He is co-founder and a board member of Shines UK, a charity that provides education, health and water services to rural communities in Uganda—a place Randall worked as a volunteer in his youth and that has remained in his heart.

An engineering graduate of the prestigious BIT, Mesra, Neeraj later completed the senior management programme from India’s top-ranked IIM, Ahmedabad. He joined ADROSONIC as a Manager Consultant in 2014 and has been a pillar for the organization and for customers.
Neeraj is passionate about learning new technologies and identifying new business strategies. He supports girls’ education in India and contributes to the Nanhi Kali Project.

Head of Quality Model Office

David oversees marketing, sales and day-to-day operations of ADROSONIC in the Latin America (LatAm) region. He is based in Chile and meets frequently with customers in Brasil.
David is a former COO/CIO at MUFG Bank in Latin America. His previous experiences include leadership roles at Rexel, Nokia, Rothschild and BNP Paribas. He has an extensive background in finance, IT operation, across multiple industries in Europe, US and LatAm.
David enjoys playing piano, skiing and riding horses. He lives in Santiago, Chile.
David Lequain
