The Quality Excellence Programme increased quality and efficiency. Most importantly, it contributed to raising the rate of delivering projects.

Challenges

• Lack of a centralized strategy for reusable QA assets impeded efficiency and consistency.
• Business users allocated substantial time to UAT test cycles thus impacting productivity.
• The absence of real-time Root Cause Analysis (RCA) dashboards hindered informed decision-making.

Solutions

• In collaboration with the Club, ADROSONIC initiated a Quality Excellence Programme (QEP) launching over 50 initiatives targeting people, processes, and technology. The Decision Analysis and Resolution (DAR) process was rigorously applied to identify and integrate new automation and performance testing tools, supporting an initiative-taking ‘shift left’ approach in the development cycle.
